What are the main differences between renting an apartment or staying in a Hotel in Prague?

Renting of the furnished apartment with Grand Luxury Apartments gives you the opportunity to live like a true local. All of our apartments are fully furnished. Despite more space, an apartment is far more cheaper than a Hotel in Prague. A hotel room (for 2 guests) category 4 or 5 star hotel in a central district of the capital costs between 200 and 450 Euros. For the same amount of money you can have a 2 bedrooms apartment (for 4 guests) with a size of 120 - 150 m2. In an apartment, you will be able to enjoy cooking and prepare your own dinner at home. Finally, even if the service is not the one you may have in a Hotel, we make our best to assist you during your stay everyday 24/7.

How can I be sure to make the right apartment choice ?

To help you in your choice we give you many information such as:
- Many pictures of the apartment : between 20 an 50 pictures of each apartment.
- We explain how the apartment is organized and describe the neighborhood.
- You can see exactly where the apartment is on Google map.
- We publish all previous guests testimonials for each apartment on Tripadvisor.

What is included in the price you see on Grand Luxury Apartments website?

The price, that you see when you search an apartment on our website is all what you will have to pay, nothing more. (The price includes Internet, water, heating, electricity, A/C & final cleaning).

How do I get my apartment keys?

When you arrive, one of the check-in agent will be there to welcome you in the apartment you have booked. He will show you how everything work, and connect your computer to the apartment Internet network. At this stage, you will have to pay the rest of the amount for your stay and your greeter will give you your keys.

Am I able to get in my apartment if I arrive to Prague before 2 PM?

If it is possible, you will be able to get in when you arrive in Prague. Nevertheless, if we have a checkout on your arrival date, you won’t be able to get in before 2 pm as we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. In worst case scenario, we always try to give you the opportunity to, at least, leave your luggage in the apartment from approx. 10 AM. If you plan to arrive very early on the morning, we strongly advice you to book the night before.

At what time do I have to leave the apartment?

The official checkout time is 11 AM. If you need to leave the apartment later, it will be possible only if we do not have a booking just after you. If you need to stay longer with a guarantee, we can offer you an extra half day for a half of the 1 night price.

How does the security deposit works?

We do not ask you to leave us cash as a security deposit. By the check-in, you will have to write down your credit card information and sign for case of any damage. Nothing will be charged from your card, except in case of the damage in the apartment caused by you. If there is no damage, which is almost usual case, your credit card information will be discarded immediately.

What do I have to bring in my suitcase?

All of our apartments are provided with bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, etc. You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker,… Summarized: you just have to bring your personal clothes.

Do you have assistance 24/7?

Although there is no reception desk in our apartments, we are still close to you at any time. Grand Luxury Apartments is available 24/7 to assist you with any queries, concerns or maintenance issues that may arise.

How often is maid service?

Full service housekeeping every 4 days (included in the price). Additional housekeeping (only cleaning) available for 45 EUR.

Is there a wifi internet in the apartment and what are the costs for it?

Yes, there is a WiFi internet in all of our apartments and it is free of charge.

Do you have pet policy?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartments, as we want to protect our guests from any allergic reactions. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a plug adapter and what is the voltage in Czech Republic?

Yes, we can provide you with a plug adapter, but please note there is only 220 V voltage available in the Czech Republic.

Do you have baby cot?

Yes and it is free of charge. Please, let us know if you require baby cot prior to arrival, as it needs to be prepared by the cleaning ladies.
